[Release Manager] Code commit freeze in effect.

All,

I am imposing a freeze with respect to committing to the trunk of the 
fluid components source code repository, specifically:
https://source.fluidproject.org/svn/fluid/components/trunk/

This freeze is in effect while we tag and prepare a code release for 
Fluid-0.1.

If anyone has an objection to this, please speak up now.

The freeze will remain in effect until we are certain that the code was 
tagged properly, and that nothing is/was broken in the process.  Once we 
are reasonably certain that all is well, I will notify this mailing list 
that the code freeze has been lifted.
