confluence.sakaiproject.org/confluence/x/9wFy let's see if we can get  
the interested parties lined up.

I'm particularly interested at this point in trying to put together  
names, possibly in conjunction with a JA-SIG incubated LMS  
integration portlets or HigherEd portlets project...
