Update on daily build server

Hi everyone,

We had some trouble with the daily build server over the past few days. 
I've updated the version of Sakai we're running to today's trunk, 
ensured we're now versioning our Sakai dependencies against SNAPSHOT, 
dropped the M2 repo, cleaned, and rebuilt.

Everything is building fine again.

Anastasia has added the commits at fluidproject.org mailing list to the 
failure notification recipients list. So committers (and anyone else 
who's subscribed) will get noticed when the build breaks.
