Welcome new committer: David Makalsky

Hi everyone,

I'm pleased to say it was a unanimous vote to grant David Makalsky 
committer status for Fluid. We're really looking forward to seeing his 
work on the VULab.

David, we'll get you set up on the SVN server and the appropriate 
mailing lists today.
