A bit confused about release wiki pages...

HI all,
There are 2 pages related to the release on the wiki. I believe one
is the wiki page for the release, http://wiki.fluidproject.org/pages/
viewpage.action?pageId=1708071, and the other is the status of the
release, http://wiki.fluidproject.org/x/_A4a. These are a bit out of
synch on the deliverables (and I think that's where the wiki freeze
concern came from). Specifically the "UCD Best Practices" is listed
as a deliverable in the UX Toolkit at the 1st URL and I hadn't
thought of it as one. Is one more correct than the others?
