David: Welcome to to the Fluid Project, it's great to have you on board! 
We're looking forward to the work you're doing on the new Open VULab.

For the rest of the community: I met with David today to talk about his 
plans for VULab, and he's eager to get the code committed to our Fluid 
repository. As a result, I'd like to nominate David for commit access.

I've documented a very brief process for granting commit access. Please
