[Release Manager] Support for maven 1 builds?

Well...I should have nagged with more effort.

Okay.  Then we should decide on a version after which we will not 
provide them.  And, given that we are not going to maintain them, I 
suggest we delete them from svn right after we release Fluid-0.1.

However, if someone in the community wants to take on the responsibility 
of maintaining the maven 1 builds, that would change my mind.
