[Release Manager] Support for maven 1 builds?

Anastasia and I wrote the Maven 2 scripts for the Gallery and Lightbox a 
couple months ago. They work great. Last I tried, the Maven 1 scripts 
were working, but I haven't built 2.4 in awhile.

I suggest we "deprecate" the Maven 1 builds, but don't remove them for a 
little while, giving people the option of easily building Gallery & 
Lightbox against older versions of Sakai.
