new Fluid release and download page

Hi Barbara,

Thanks for getting this started! I made a couple edits. Would it be  
possible to add links to all the pages you are referencing to make  
sure we know which ones we are talking about? (e.g.  Drag & Drop  
design pattern = http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Drag+and 
+Drop and UCD Design Best Practices (I think) = http:// 
wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/UCD+Design+Best+Practices) That  
way we know which pages still need more fleshing out before the  
release...it seems that the UCD Design Best Practices needs a bit of  
work if we are going to release it. There are some pages already  
created on personas, UX Walkthroughs, and User Testing I think we can  
link to from this page, but a lot of the other content it appears  
still needs to be created.  Finally, I think the line that says  
"Fluid Component Design Recommendations" may be referring to the UX  
Toolkit? If so maybe we can change the name to remain consistent.
