Guest accounts on UC Berkeley's Sakai instance

We've been using the QA server to get a look at what real classes
look like since it has real data. People have been using it for the
heuristic evaluation. The production version is where new sites can
be created with a guarantee that information isn't lost so it's being
used for the cognitive walkthroughs.
