new Fluid release and download page

Hi all,
Just working on a page for our upcoming Fluid 0.1 release where one  
will be able to link to get a download (that link is not ready so  
just place holder).

I've tried to structure this page so that we can reuse it for  
upcoming releases.  We can change the section at the top of the page  
for Features.

Anyway, send me your feedback and suggestions.
