Fluid IRC Channel

Hi everyone,

Antranig Basman has kindly set up a new IRC channel for Fluid. The 
channel is #fluid-work on the irc.freenode.net server. Please feel free 
to join. Among other things, we'll be using this to discuss coordinate 
component development.
