Tab and arrow keys in the Lightbox component

Cool. So, here are 2 defects outstanding on WebKit for which the first is
the tabindex issue.

      Bug 7138: Implement tabindex for all elements, enabling accessible
      web apps with full keyboard support
      http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7138

      Bug 12132: Implement ARIA to enable dynamic web appliations with full
      assistive technology support
      http://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12132
