Hi all,

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to make sure I heard back from
everyone before scheduling a time for the meeting. It looks like
Friday, May 11 - 8am PDT / 10 am MDT / 11 am EDT / 4 pm (UK) will
allow the most people to join the conversation. We'll use the FLUID
breeze room: http://breeze.yorku.ca/fluidwork/. You can sign in as
a guest. We've found having a headset works best for minimizing
echos and feedback. If you have a camera we'll plan to have the
video working also (although we were having some trouble with it
yesterday so we'll play it by ear). I've found that running through
the audio setup wizard under the "Meeting" link (top-leftish corner
of screen) helps with the audio. I'll arrive 15 minutes early if
people want to join early and test it out.

Agenda:
- Introductions / interest in heuristic work
- Update from Clayton on accessibility heuristics research
- Review/thoughts on material shared so far
- Discuss heuristic checklists
- Discuss evaluation protocol / format (straw man)
- Need volunteer evaluators
	- same evaluator for usability and accessibility?
- Identify leads for Sakai, Moodle, uPortal heuristics (some thoughts
on responsibilities):
	- Coordinate / create activity list for each project
	- Split evaluation into reasonable chunks (2 - 3 hours for each
evaluator)
	- Coordinate review
	- Coordinate synthesis of findings, prioritization & recommended
solutions
         - Coordinate/write report for communities
- Other?

I'll post these to the wiki and send out a link by the end of the
day. Please feel free to add any references or checklists you've
found helpful. Also, please feel free to add to the agenda (which
I'll also post on the site).
