Reordering widgets and accessibility

Since this should be related to the goals of the project I thought I
would try to show what I have so far for an item reordering widget
(attempting to be acessible) and see what suggestions people might
have. Hopefully this will spark some discussion about AJAX and JS
stuff and acessibility.

It is not functional in the sense that saving does nothing, but you
are welcome to drag and drop things around and see how that bit works.
You are welcome to check out the sakai tool project that this exists
in as well if you want to see it in action (or, if there is demand, I
could make up a little movie or something maybe to demo it).
