Stand-alone IE6 from Evolt.org for testing

There was discussion during a meeting today of the difficulties in
testing IE6 and IE7 on the same machine. Evolt.org has a library of
old browser versions, including a version of IE6 that can be run
without being installed, so it can run side-by-side with an install
of IE7.

I've had very good luck using it for HTML, Javascript, and CSS testing.

There is one problem with this set up. This version of IE6 reports
that the user agent is IE7, so if you have CSS or Javascript which
branches on the user agent, you will see the wrong behavior.
