fluid components moved to standard "trunk" location

The SVN materials for our fluid components has been moved to the more
standard kind of "trunk" location - that is, what was 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/utoronto/fluid/components
is now
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/utoronto/fluid/components/trunk

All those with checkouts of this area will have to delete them and
check them out again, although you may have some luck with an 
"svn switch" operation.
