Lightbox evolver committed to SVN

Hi everyone,

We've updated the Fluid Lightbox component and the Gallery Tool to  
implement the Lightbox functionality as an RSF evolver. This helps to  
encapsulate the functionality a bit better.

This is a first pass, there are still some issues to address. Please  
have a look, and let us know if you have any comments.

The new code has been committed to the SVN repository, at
    https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/utoronto/fluid/
