An accessible content authoring tool in Flash?

The Fluid project is not particularly aimed at authoring tools, but I  
recently came across a content authoring tool that appears to have  
produced a fairly accessible interface in spite of being written in  
Flash. I spoke to the creator today (Julian Tenney of Nottingham  
University cc'd above) and he expressed an interest in the Fluid  
project. So this is by way of introducing Julian and XERTE  to Fluid  
and vice versa.
