JIRA now linked to SVN

Our JIRA issues site (http://issues.fluidproject.org) has now been
configured to automatically link to SVN commits.

What this means is that if a JIRA key (the unique code assigned to
JIRA issues, e.g. "FLUID-23") is included in the SVN commit message,
then the JIRA issue will automatically include a reference to that
commit revision. You can look at FLUID-24 for an example of what this
information looks like:

    http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLUID-24

At the bottom of the JIRA page for an issue, you will see a tab next
to the "Change History" labelled "Subversion Commits."

So: Please adopt the practice of including the JIRA key in any related
SVN commit messages.
