May 2nd: FLUID Project monthly meeting

Hi everyone,

At the launch meeting we agreed to hold monthly open meetings for the 
FLUID Project. We tentatively scheduled these meetings for the first 
Wednesday of each month at 8 am PDT/11 am EDT/4 pm BDT.

Does this time work for everyone who is interested in attending? We'll 
have the first such meeting this Wednesday, May 2nd.

What medium do you think is most appropriate for this meeting? Here are 
the options available:

* teleconference (using a local Toronto phone bridge)
* Breeze (web-based video conferencing; requires an audio headset)
* H.323 videoconference (Polycom/Tandberg/etc.)

Please let me know if this time works for you and what medium you would 
prefer.
