It's odd because there are other presentations that FIS provides that 
use the QuickTime plug-in (example:

I wonder if there is a way to request that be done consistently...

On the other hand, the Real Version of Clayton's talk worked for me (OS 
X 10.4.9, Real 9.0, plugin version 6.0.7.1232), but the video was very 
jerky.

Another possibility is to use the Flip4Mac Windows Media components for 
QuickTime, although I haven't figured out how to make that work with 
ePresence yet.  Those components are available here:
