Links to Sakai's evaluations being synthesized...

Hi all,

On Friday, Clayton asked for links to the evaluations we are using  
for the Sakai synthesis so I thought I'd share with the group.   The  
confluence space is a little disorganized right now but here are the  
2 places we are pulling evaluations from:  http://
