  GPII-3201: Fix for failing test case where quantize transform does not collect input paths from composite output blocks.
Simplified "collectInput" check to act for all transforms to cover case, like quantize, where they are both standardInput but
also make reads by other means.
Added deduplication for input paths and adjusted test cases.
