ENGAGE-344, ENGAGE-345: Fixes to get My Collection closer to operational. Not that this commit is not fully functional due to ENGAGE-364. But at least works a bit more than before--users can now successfully collect artifacts, though they can't see their collections properly. This commit addresses the following issues:

* Cleanup and simplification to ArtifactView and ArtifactCollectView, particularly around rendering/subcomponent init lifecycle
* Refactoring of the collectOperations service to handle resource-oriented URLs
* Fixes to myCollectionService to get it slightly closer to working, as well as variable renaming to make it more comprehensible
* Removal of Reorderer-related code from My Collection to reduce our download footprint
