FLUID-3371, FLUID-3730: Numerous fixes to IoC system, including resolution of multiple expansion issues, correct bridging of "thatStack" across boundaries of fluid.invoke and deferredInvokeCall, correct treatment of arrays in "noCopy" mode, non-copying of direct arguments to fluid.invoke, as well as "proleptic ginger nicknames" - the ability to refer to a component by nickname which has not yet been instantiated (only in the form of nickname which comes from direct options or from a subcomponent name - resolving other forms of nickname proleptically requires the "global ginger world")
Work on I18N to allow rendererComponents to make use of injection of a "parent bundle" and creation of the new fluid.messageResolver API. This as well as messageLocator have been moved back from the renderer into Fluid trunk since they will be used by all components for screenreader support as well as general I18N.
