FLUID-2881: All of remainder of Fluid IoC work from FLUID-2881 branch merged into trunk, together with some further work on "deferred call expander" and improved aliasing work ("noCopy" option to expander). A few small fixes also to Pager and Renderer required by CSPACE-1392 - adding "mergePolicy" options to enable nondestruction of model passed in to pager as well as removal of annoying unrecognised decorator warning caused by empty decorator name sleaze in Pager. Various adjustments to core framework including supply of typeName and id to all freshly created components. Core new framework utility "initDependents" will automatically construct tree of dependent subcomponents. Core new directive "fluid.demands" partners with "fluid.defaults" for environmental dispatch of function calls and creators.
